As Chief of UX in S'hail my role was to uncover user behaviors, needs and motivations to make the product, services and journey flows more intuitive and enjoyable for the users.

We prepared the current Workshop to align everyone in the same vision and make sure that the whole team understands the objective. The positive aspect is the support of bringing knowledge and information from people.

I performed a user experience analysis in the FAQ section of the S'hail mobile application to identify gaps, inconsistencies, weaknesses and other limitations of the users in order to propose a suitable solution. The success of the study led to a development plan and subsequent implementation.

Designing Brochure for CERT Telematics. CERT Telematics has developed and deployed a state of art system suitable for taxis, trucks, buses and other vehicles. The system allows the Fleet owner to bill customers based on trips, haulage or other parameters.

I have created a low-poly 3D model to be used on the future brochures or digital presentation at CERT Telematics. Taking as reference Abu Dhabi taxi fleet.
