In 2019, I have conducted the User Experience analysis on Vezeeta mobile app, the biggest online booking platform for clinics and doctors.

FAQ - UX Analysis
I performed a user experience analysis in the FAQ section of the S'hail mobile application to identify gaps, inconsistencies, weaknesses and other limitations of the users in order to propose a suitable solution. The success of the study led to a development plan and subsequent implementation.
